Auctiva is a listing tool like Turbolister and some of the other listing tools that require fees. The things I like about Auctiva that Turbolister does NOT offer is the use of several pictures in a listing (TB charges after the first one), free scheduling for listings to start when you want them to start, free use of their templates or create your own, and yes of course the scrolling store gallery. I also find it simple to use and yes, it is all free.

To file a help request, go to the Help button at the very top of the page, click on that and then go to the bottom of the screen where it says to file a help request.

The store window is only set up to show about 14 items at a time. To change the items showing in the window, go to the Store tab and click on Edit Store Items. You can also go to the store tab and edit your store window (i.e. colors, shape, location)
