Reply to "Best offer button disapearing after selecting a category"

Best offer not working again tonight.

I have opened a suport case and here is the reply so far.

Dear Ray,

Thanks for following up with us regarding this matter - I'm pleased to hear you were eventually able to list the item using the "Best Offer" option. I'm not aware of any technical problems on our end that would account for this behavior, so hopefully the behavior you were facing was due to some sort of temporary glitch.

If you continue to experience this problem, please let me know and I'll recommend some things that may resolve it. Otherwise, feel free to close the case when you are comfortable that the issue is no longer occurring.

If you have any additional questions or concerns pertaining to your Auctiva account, please feel free to let me know, and I’ll be happy to continue assisting you.

I have sent them another notice letting them know it is still not working and will post here when i receive word back from them.

I would aslo encourage anyone having this problem to file a suport case so they know it is more then 1 person havng this problem.
