Hi Community,

We had a problem with a category update a couple days ago that caused the "Accept Offers from Buyers" box to disappear from the Auctiva lister page, but I'm under the impression that was resolved yesterday. If you are still unable to see this box while creating your fixed price and store items, the first measure I recommend trying is clearing your browser cache.

NOTE: Be sure to include one or two examples of saved store or fixed price listings that you are unable to see the "Accept Offers from Buyers" box in if you file a support case about this issue.
