If you are talking about entries for original cost of items and for consignment features then by all means get moving on the phase two features.
I have never been happy with the way eBay loads the prefilled items and specifics in my listings, they look like hodge podge and don't flow. I go in and copy and paste the movie or book info to my listing anyway.
I ship on three days of the week and use biodegradeble peanuts, two features that buyers want to know. I could just put it in each description but it would be nice to have it right above or below the shipping stuff.
