Reply to "Big Template problems, HELP!!"

Hi Gian -

I am sorry that you are having trouble! Let's see what we can do to help!

1. Yes, once something is on eBay it can be fixed but first I need to find out what is wrong with your code and then I can tell you how to fix it. Will you send a link or the item number of the listing you are referring to?

2. In order for the shipping, contact us, terms, etc.. areas to show in your template, you need to create a Seller Details profile. It is really easy and once you have a few of them they will save you a lot of time. To create your Seller Details profile do the following:

Go to the Profiles tab --> click the Seller Details link --> you will see a big box and a header above it reading "Payment". You can enter HTML in the box or switch to the design editor which will act like Word and you can enter your text like that. Once you are happy with that section, click the "Next" button at the bottom of the page and that will take you through the rest of the sections (note the headers to tell you which section you are in). Any section that you leave blank will not show in your listing template. When you are done, give it a good name and "Save & Exit". **You can make as many as you want of these profiles. That way you don't have to type this information in for each listing. Just pick the right profile to go with the item you are listing and go!

Now when you list and you choose a template, a section appears to the right of the template on the one-page lister where you can choose your preferred Seller Details profile from a pull down menu. Now you will have all sections show with the information you put into the profile!

When you are having problems or questions, try checking our FAQ section on the help page too. You might find answers to your questions there as well as here Smile

Hope that helps! Send on the link to the posted listing and we will get that one tackled too!

Take care -
