I have been meaning to pick one one of the items I have mulitples of and try it each way, then measure the results by tracking the hits on sellathon. If you don't know, it will tell you how many people go to the auction page by clicking on the store. But I have been meaning to do a lot of things, so if someone else wants to try it and post the results......
