Hi,

I think it's a bug at eBay from the old days when 99 cents was allowed. You did pay the fee for the listing, so maybe they don't care. However, it might be best not to make the change. They could decide to cancel the listings for policy violation.

Auctiva's revise is simply following the published rules.
