If the items just ended, the listings probably just haven't shown up in your transactions log yet. We reconcile info with eBay about every 4 hours so it may take up to that long for them to appear.

If they still don't appear after 4 hours, feel free to file a support case and we'll figure out a way to force them in or purchase the insurance from our end.
