Just file the UNPAID ITEM DISPUTE! I don't mean to sound unfeeling, but we hear every excuse in the book. If your buyer had time to email you a couple of times, they could certainly just have clicked the 'pay now' button instead.
I personally don't see what one has to do with he other.
