Reply to "caculate postage"

When I put in to calculate postage it shows up on my auction as the cost to ship to my zip code. the "calculate" link doesn't even appear. It shows that way no matter what I've done. In times past the "calculate" link has been there for buyers to put in their own zip code.

Can someone help me.?
