Can I categorize the items in my store window?

I have a few different kinds of things for sale on eBay. It does not really make sense for my CD's to show up in my store window on the page where I am selling yoga gear. Is there a way to separate these things? I would like my yoga gear to show up in my yoga gear listings and my CD's to show up in my CD listings. Is this possible? If so, how do I do it?
