Thanks for posting your question here.

We do not currently offer any functionality which would automatically populate the "Buy It Now Price" field on our lister page based on what you have entered in the “Start Price” field, so I can only recommend continuing to fill in the “Buy It Now Price” field by hand at this time.

I will share your comments in this regard with our Product Management team as a suggestion for future consideration though.
