I am quite new - still on my first 30 days and trying to get everything set up and working as I like.
I noticed the green hint about all emails I elect to CC (carbon copy) to myself will go to the email address I was entering.
So where do I elect to have them CC'd to me? Well, after much stumbling around, as Help just wasn't (any help, that is) I figured out that I have to copy the default email to a new name and check the little box at the very end for carbon copies to myself.
So all that was to lead up to the question I have now: is there somewhere I can go to see a list of all the emails that Auctiva has sent to my Bidders and Winning Bidders, so I can see what was done before I was able to get the CC function set?
Another question: On the first couple of sales those automatic emails seemed to go out quickly, but I have a sale now that is shown as sold in my eBay account, but NOT in my Auctiva listings. And I have no cc Winning Bidder email.
Since this is my trial period, I'm trying to use as many of the features as I can, but if I can't get Help answers on simple things like this I may have to look elsewhere.
I don't see a lot of response from the Auctiva folks on these boards, so I'm hoping someone out there with more experience than I will take the time to cruise around here and shed a little light for me. I'm still and egg here, and the Education and Tutorials seem to just miss the additional questions I have, so I'm spending a lot of time stumbling around instead of getting listings out there that generate some income. That's my main mission, here, after all!
