Sabrina.. don't want you to think you are being ignored. I have used auctiva for years, however, do not use the automatic emails.. I just have stuck with ones from ebay. So really can't be of much help with that.

The real helper bees are not on auctiva commerce stores mostly, so they are having their own issues and stay there quite a bit.

Support here is not always like it is right now. I am hoping they will improve once dust settles from commerce stores opening and of course, ebay piled them with changes. If you have other questions, I will try to help as best I can. I use them mainly for listing items.
