Thanks for contributing to our forum. I have never heard of an eBay listing ending up in a second category without one having been selected on the listing creation page so I suspect that you will find that second categories were selected for the items in question if you take another look at the saved listings from which you posted them within Auctiva.
If you open up one of these saved listings, you should be able to confirm whether a second eBay category was selected by checking whether a number is listed in the “Category #” field under “Second Category” in which case you would be able to remove it by deleting the number from that field and pressing the “Enter” key on your keyboard.
I am not aware of any technical problems that would have caused second categories to have become selected in your listings spontaneously so I am not quite sure how such categories could have been selected if you did not intend to do so.
