I think that the issue lies with all the images being too wide for the page - therefore making it scroll. If you were to remove everything but the hearts - you might be okay.
I will try and do some playing with it and see.

Oh - and I ran it through RagTag and it was fine - although the 'style' tags are not allowed on eBay.
