We have had cases of people use FrontPage to make the description of their listing and then copying and pasting that into the description area of the listing which can cause problems.

Anyway - that is no matter if you are not using FrontPage. The main thing is that when I look at the link you posted to the practice board in Firefox the listing looks fine. There is no horizontal scroll and the listing is perfectly sized. However, on Internet Explorer 6 the listing does have the scroll.
