assuming your not getting the error because of being suspended or NARU'd, paste in your description here or in practiceboard.com and we can have a look at it and maybe figure it out. could easily be something in your description or in your template if using a custom template.

could also be because of brand name of old navy. they might be rejecting it because of that.
