Can someone please help?? Parts of Template are missing.

Hello,
I'm new to Auctiva and have been practicing creating listings for most of today. I am now completely stumped.

I chose a template and loaded the title, description, and photos into it just fine. But the "Payment and Shipping" heading within the template is not there. Can someone please explain? I'll be forever grateful!
