Can't create token due to old account

Hi all,

I'm trying to create a token so that I can start using Auctiva. I previously (over 5 years ago) had an Auctiva account and because of this I'm not able to generate a token using my new one. I no longer have access to the email address associated with the old account so using it will not be possible. What are my options?
