Reply to "Can't get my images to upload"

Mike- Well after five days of trying, I still get this message when even trying to reply to Ken's fix in my support case, also, when I try to add images, nothing happens!:

OK, I tried both the original link and the new link you suggested and I get the following when I try to download images:
