Reply to "Can't get on to Auctivia"

Hi - I'm getting the same thing, my scrolling gallery isn't showing up on my listings, nor are the auctiva templates this morning, nor can I see anything at auctiva.com

I had gotten an email two days ago about Auctiva Shipping Insurance and so I signed up for that. Surely, it doesn't have anything to do with that though, or I will cancel that as I really don't even need it.
