Elena, I don't think it's your time difference calculations, it appears the maintenance window has stretched somewhat, it's lasted a lot more than 4 hours so far. By the way, it doesn't start at 10:30 GMT, it's 10:30 PST (is that Pacific Standard Time please someone?) - which I believe is 8 hours behind GMT - so I make that 06:30 GMT that the maintenance starts, and 10:30 it 'should' end, but it's almost 90 minutes over at the moment. I make Australia 10 hours ahead of GMT, so I think the window should start at 16:30 for you.
