Thanks for your response.
I actually gave up and made the changes individually on each listing.
A few weeks ago, I heard a representative of Auctiva on Ebay Radio marketing the bulk edit feature, but it DOES NOT WORK.
I called their support yesterday, left my number and they have not called me back.
When I email them, they don't response either.
