Reply to "CAN'T LIST ANYTHING!"

If anyone is able to use Auctiva, and finds the problem rectified, or gets a tech response could they please post to this board?

I'll do the same but as someone said earlier there have been no responses from tech support lately, unless its the standard logging of the ticket.
