Reply to "can't log in"

I filed a support request five hours ago and still no reply. I list weekly and I have 800 photos to upload and 90 items to list. This is my business and it's costing me time and money.

I appreciate maintenance is unavoidable but more notice and support is needed if valued users are to be retained.
