Hi chowcilla,

Sign in and goto http://www.auctiva.com/stores/landing.aspx. From there, click the "Edit Items" link in the 2nd box on left. You'll see a list of all of your listings. On this page you can select items (the box to the left of each listing) and "make hidden."

Hidden items won't show up in your Auctiva Store or Store Window.
