Hi---Maybe this inquiry shouldn't be posted here in the "Listing" category, but I don't know where else to go with it. I have NO trouble listing items, but I DO have trouble DELETING listings that have sold. What am I doing wrong? After an item sells, as part of my eBay "bookwork" to close a transaction I go to the Auctiva green CLOSED tab that lists all of my sold items. I put check marks on the items that need to be deleted & a little box comes up asking if I'm sure I want to delete the listing & I say OK. Then across the top of ensuing page it says something like "selected listing has been deleted", blah, blah. Then, the next day, the same listing I closed or deleted the day before is listed AGAIN...like it hasn't deleted at all. I swear some of my items have re-appeared under CLOSED 3 to 6 times!!! At first I thought maybe I missed a step in deleting but I've taken special care & watched certain items in particular, writing down on a separate piece of paper when I delete & so on, only to find it reappears the next day or the day after, sometimes several days later. I suppose it's not that important to delete the item listed under the CLOSED tab, but I am kinda persnickity about keeping good, clean files...or in this case, folders. Is this happening to anyone else??? Is there a solution???
