Reply to "Can't upload my pics and can't save the listing"

It happened to me too. I've been using Google Chrome as it's much faster than using IE. I even opened a ticket. I'm getting the following error:

"An error has occurred during the processing of your request. Please try again or file a support case if this problem continues."

I even said in the message to them that I pay good $$$ to use the site & I expect it to work. lol
