Reply to "Can't View Thumbnails on EBay or AUCTIVA!!!!!"

I've been having the same problem for weeks. I tried to get Auctiva support to help, but they kept telling me it's a problem with ebay or with my photos. Over the years, I have listed thousands of items the same way....and have never had this problem. I also don't have the ability to edit the photos within Auctiva, or to enlarge the image on ebay. Anyone have any suggestions on how I can fix this? I'm pretty convinced this is an Auctiva issue. Thanks!
