Hi I had same problem on ONE of my listings the other day on just one photo. When I went to preview the lst photo was about size of pencil eraser. I wrote support and here is answer I got. I did as they said and re-loaded photo (same one) and it took that round. Made no sense but it worked. Hope this helps some.

The reason you are experiencing this problem because these images were uploaded at a size of 16X16 px., which is why you see the "empty box".

Please upload the images again into the listing and the issue will get resolved.
