Yes, I have been a Power Seller for sometime now and all that hard work has not made me a "top rated" seller. I think that with eBay giving the message that 3 is acceptable for DSR it will become almost impossible to become a "top rated" seller.
Having been dropped out of the search for items will make it even more of a challenge to keep the same sales as last year.
