This can Not be popped back into place. This is what I have 3 bulged discs, 2 in lower back and 1 in middle back and I'll tell you it isn't fun. I can't do anything for longer then 5 or 10 minutes at a time, if I do I'm in tears cause I'm hurting so bad. Heck it takes me 2 hours to do 30 mins. worth of dishes cause I can only stand there for a few minutes at a time.
