The only site in Europe that you can currently list to is the UK. The one-page lister only allows Pounds (not Euro) for UK listings and I don't see any overrides on the lister or in account settings.

I'd recommend you enter a Support Case and ask if there is any plans to change to Euro, although I don't think ebay.co.uk (UK ebay) supports Euro. Auctiva doesn't currently list to any other countries in Europe, so it may be a moot issue until that changes.
