Correction! I just tried again and....hey presto - I'm in!

It took a while for the page to load, etc, but the glitch is fixed - thanks Auctiva for sorting this so fast!

I also have a problem with a leaky tap in my bathroom - could you send someone round...? I'd be very grateful....
