I am sorry to hear that you have been experiencing difficulty within your account. While we did encounter some technical issues over the weekend, our engineers were able to resolve them fairly quickly. We are not aware of any issues with uploading images at this point, so if you have already tried clearing your browser's cache, I suggest that you continue troubleshooting with your existing support ticket and please be sure to include the Operating System and browser you use so our team can look into it for you.
