Hi, I have this same problem when using Internet Explorer 9. It's maddening and no one can figure out why.
I can only use Fire Fox to log into Auctiva. But I can't use the Auctiva Uploader with Fire fox and must use the slower Basic HTML.
It's getting frustrating.
