Thanks for letting us know about this. Based on what you have described, it sounds like we probably attempted to submit these items on your behalf and eBay rejected them. If this is the case, you should be able to see the records of those posting failures and the error messages that eBay returned by clicking the red number in the "Events" section in the upper-right of your Auctiva account.

If you are unable to find the solution to your problem there, I recommend contacting our customer support team using the web form on the following page of our site: http://www.auctiva.com/help/requesthelp.aspx
