Hello!
The item you were trying to post is in a category (clothing) that eBay requires you to enter Custom Item Specifics for. You can enter those by clicking the link on the lister page that says "Custom Item Specifics" (below where you selected the category) In the window that opens, fill out the eBay-required specifics (denoted by a green "*".)
