Cant seem to get to posting my listing

Hi everytime i go to post my listing aol logs off and then restarts, if i click on certain things whilst on auctiva aol keeps logging off, are my settings wrong???

I am having major difficulty with this and am starting to get annoyed, I am on broadband so aol knocks off and restarts straight away, it isnt doing this with any other programme.

Please help as this is my 1st listing and i presume it is something i am or not doing. Thanks
