This is a common issue for Auctiva users who also use the AOL browser.

You should be able to successfully use the Auctiva site if you use either Internet Explorer 6.0 or Mozilla Firefox as your browser. If you do not have one of these, a free download of Firefox is available at http://www.mozilla.com
