Thanks for contributing to our forum. I am not aware of any current technical problems that would account for the error message you reported here and I have not been able to reproduce this problem, but we will definitely want to look into this further if you are still encountering this problem.

If you are still receiving these errors, please contact our customer support team by mousing over the "Help" tab within your account and selecting the "File Support Case" option.
