changes in active listings

This is an old problem of mine. I follow all of the steps but when I click get HTML no box pops up (I allow pop ups from Auctiva)the only thing that happens is the page refreshes. I have tried over and over again. Please help!! i recently had to pull 2 listings as I mixed the pics up and could not fix it!
