Hello Michael -

You can certainly try altering the URL you've noted with either an image in your Auctiva account or an externally hosted image and save it as a custom template, but please keep in mind that we typically do not provide assistance with custom templates so if you are familiar with css and html you are welcome to alter the templates, but our support team may not be able to provide you with assistance using them once customized.

You should also be able to override the image using the css for background-image as I am not 100% certain if changing that specific URL will achieve the effect you wish.

If you have further questions about this, please feel free to file a support case and reference this thread on the forum so we can look into this further.
