I believe I've seen another member make the attempt sometime back and got an error in trying to create the second account linkage, something like ID already in use. On the ebay side, I didn't think you could have more than one valid Token per 3rd party service, so I can see possible issues there too. ebay might reject or invalidate both original and new as a security problem (worst case).

However, I would ask Auctiva by opening a Support Case and see what they have to say.
