You will have to find the original profile for the particular section (you can find this under the "Profiles" tab then find the link to "Manage Profiles") that you want to change and edit it (find this to the far right of the profile as it is listed under the category "Item Action") for the changes you want to make and then save it. It will automatically save the changes to your Master Profile.
