Checks & Money Orders - How to do SEARCH & REPLACE?

Hi all,

HAPPY NEW YEAR TO YOU ALL!!

I know a lot of my old listings still say I accept checks/M.O. in both payment method and checkout instructions areas. I think there's a way to change all that in one shot with search and replace, right? But I've never done that. I just searched these boards for instructions, but nothing. Can anyone help here? Is it possible to do a search and replace for that?
