Closed Listings not Showing up ANYWHERE

PLEASE Help! I have a listing that closed yesterday morning that I was prepared to re-list today, (some of the items had sold) and the Closed listing is nowhere to be found! Closed listings are what I utilize to know what needs to be re-listed. If they don't show up in Closed listings, I have no way to keep track!
The closed auction does not show up under any or sold. I have no idea how many others may have just not shown up! Please Help! If closed auctions just disappear, this service does me no good!
