I am not sure how effective the stand alone stores are. I'm still working on graphics for our eBay stores so I havent really looked at the Auctiva Stores.

What I can say is I have a ton of experience in eCommerce storefronts. The most important facet is getting people to come and thats an artform.

These deals are often ying/yang. In other words here's my store. User comes, clicks item, see's an eBay listing and leaves. Others go, "Cool eBay" and surf more or buy. This .vs. an independent storefont.

Irregardless most important is driving traffic to a store. The most beautiful store in the world is nothing without customers coming to it.

There are many many mechinisms to drive traffic. Perhaps as I find a bit of time I will write something up for general posting here at Auctiva that can help people move external traffic towards their sites.

There are many things Auctiva can also do to help drive traffic into the Auctiva stores.
