It is a shame that such a good product/service is spoilt by poor documentation. Not just my enquiry, but others, one in particular about Ebay listing disappearing when Activa is installed. I am very new to Activa and no doubt will find other points not covered by good documentation; I had to redo my profiles several times because of not either seeing some prompts or other point of information because I had done things in the wrong order.
I am sure it will all come right in the end
